After a short layoff going 2-4 in the blogs first playoff week was not ideal. The only people to have a worse week than the blog were Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor, but like Skip this blog will always keep coming back for more and like Joy this blog will do whatever it takes to take the next step for success. Last week sucked, there is bad beats and then there is not even being fucking close on all 4 losses. There was no clarity last week, I was like a blind man trying to pick out his favorite porno. The good news is it’s a new week and my spirit is as ready as my body for a perfect week. I took a long look in the mirror Tuesday morning, all I saw was a 37 year old man cloaked in failure who thought it would be a good bet to trust Sam Darnold the previous night ( fuck that guy). After a morning of depression and despair I looked at the divisional board and decided it was time to get back to the basics, it is time to get back to the foundation of this blog, it is time time to fade Lamar and Mahomes 😎

TEXANS +9 vs chiefs
So if you go back to the Eagles Chiefs Super Bowl this makes 6 straight playoff games I am fading Mahomes. Listen I could easily jump on the chiefs train and ride it and I would probably be up way more money, but at this point I am committed to be there when Mahomes finally comes up short in a playoff game. I am not saying the Texans are going to win but Patty boy is 0-5-1 ATS when he is a favorite of 7 or more this year.

This is a massive number for a playoff game and normally I would immediately take the points. But this is Dan Campbell and Jared Goff and all this team does is cover and cover big, since hooking up these two cover at over a70% clip. Bet the lions and get yourself a new gamecast.

RAMS +6.5 vs eagles
I saw this situation happening a week ago, I was going to fade Stafford for Darnold then lose then completely regret it then in my time of desperation turn back to Stafford and get burned. All of those things have happened, except the rams are covering. Stafford has been absolutely disgusting in the playoffs since coming to the rams (5-1). I also just do not trust sirianni in a big spot and there is some weird shit going on with that team, hey AJ Brown go read another book, fucking nerd.

BILLS +1.5 vs ravens
It’s showtime, this is it. This is basically the blogs Super Bowl. All of my biggest bets this year have come riding the bills or fading the ravens and this game will be no different, we are talking about betting my normal Super Bowl units on this game. I gave you a laundry list of stats last week why Lamar sucks in the playoffs, they may not have held up last week, however Lamar has never won back to back playoff games so it is time to hammer those stats again. To add one more stat, when Josh Allen plays a defense that allows 21 points or less per game he covers at 69% 😎 ( nice)

This week will be better, anytime I had a down week this year ( there were only 3) I bounced back in a big way, and it will happen again this week
